Blue and White

"Blue and White" was José's first song experiment. Created with Joe Colwell — a talented singer, songwriter, and guitarist based in Woodstock, New York, who studies at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami — the song is dedicated to the supporters of Paysandu Sport Club, the most important soccer team in José's hometown, Belém. It tells the story of a passion born and nurtured over a lifetime: a fan's unconditional devotion to their soccer team. It's a narrative of belonging, family tradition, and cultural identity. Produced by Diego Clavixus, "Blue and White" reached thousands of people and was embraced by Paysandu fans. Paysandu is currently the only Brazilian soccer club with a song in English.
